Week 20
Sunday I went for a late afternoon walk in the Goodwin State Forest in Chaplin, CT. We found this really nice path along the water. The sunlight through the trees was just beautiful though. The park is quite large and has 4 miles of easy trails, including part of the Airline Trail, throughout the park. I'm definitely planning another trip back to explore more.

I love the lush green landscape. I live in a desert now, which has it's own beauty, but for me I love the gnarled roots overgrown with moss and the canopy of leaves over the well worn path.
